Ms. Luo is Deputy General Manager of Shihua International Financial Information Co., Ltd. She will be responsible for Marketing, Public Relationship and Information Cooperation.

Shihua's comprehensive subscription and information terminal services encompass economic and financial information, with emphasis on domestic equities, commodities and FOREX markets on a single platform; connecting the Chinese investment community to the global marketplace.

Ms. Luo was the Director of Information Department in Shihua from Jan 2005. During this period, Shihua’s information team provided professional and accurate financial information and analysis covering global market for investors and policy-makers.

Prior to joining Shihua, Ms.Luo worked in CE which is the largest company providing IT application service for small and medium enterprises in China. She was charging analysis for enterprises operations and the legal procedure of listing offshore.

Ms. Luo holds double bachelor degrees. One is the Law degree of Dongbei University of Finance & Economics, the other is the Economic degree of The University of Western Ontario in Canada. Her reserch areas focus on the principle and legal system of Chinese investment market, effective regulation to listing company, transparency and disclosure, systematic risk prevention of financial institutions and legal procedure of listing offshore. Ms. Luo also has a license of investment banking authorized by China Securities Regulatory Commission.
