Mr.Luo has a few years of experience in the financial information industries. Since joining shihua in 2001, he has been applied himself to perfecting the standard of financial information and research & analysis management work. Prior to joining shihua, Mr. Luo worked at Shanghai Baolai Investment & Management CO., Ltd, and engaged in the research of listed company, stock market analysis, tracking the potential M & A objective and planning the project.

Mr. Luo got Master degree in Security Investment from College of Management of South-central University for Nationalities. His research field focus on the relationship of listed company's shareholding structure and performance, company Merger and Acquisition,investment stock and evaluating portfolio performance.
